For this Football Daily 10 we are trying something a little different by looking back at what we have learnt from the first round of fixtures in this season’s Premier League!

We start with Jose Mourinho, who looks back to his enigmatic best at Tottenham Hotspur, before analysing Aston Villa’s new defensive strength this term.

We also look at West Ham United’s excellent results, the continued drama with VAR, and celebrate England’s inform centre-forwards. And finally we finish with Pep Guardiola, who has struggled to see his Manchester City side convert possession into goals.
