WWE Crown Jewel is now in the rear-view mirror, and WWE can not turn its complete attention to its next big event that isn’t essentially a glorified house show. Survivor Series is one of WWE’s biggest event of the year and is supposed to be in the same league as Summerslam, Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania. This would suggest that WWE would begin laying the foundations for Survivor Series months in advance, but that has not been the case this year. The company has spent a considerable amount of time hyping up Crown Jewel, but because of WWE’s cramped calendar, there hasn’t been any real build for Survivor Series so far. The event is fast approaching and is scheduled to take place on November 18th out of the Staples Centre in Los Angeles, California. Survivor Series is a show that allows either Raw or Smackdown Live to have bragging rights, as champions from both shows tend to be pitted against each other, in addition to there being 5-on-5 Survivor Series elimination matches. Survivor Series was also where Sting first made his appearance in the WWE. It is kind of surprising that WWE will spend only about a fortnight building up an event steeped in the company’s history. With such little time on the clock, let’s check out 10 things WWE should avoid doing for Survivor Series.
