The pressure that the performer is under in the wrestling business to say exactly the right thing and not make any mistakes is tremendous. One wrong word can make the fans see the wrestlers in a completely different light and ruin a lot of time that had gone into building a character for the fans.

Wrestlers have often mispronounced names and words that have gone down as quite a big mistake which the fans noticed and have not let them forget.
With that being the case, this is Wrestling Hub and in this video, you are watching 11 times that wrestlers and wrestling personalities mispronounced names, or said the wrong name altogether. While in a few of these cases that may be on purpose, in others, they were slips of the tongue in the moment.

As an honorable mentions, Mustafa Ali admitted that he had told WWE to mispronounce his name early in his career calling him Must Uff Uh instead of the correct pronunciation, Moo Stah Fuh, because he was afraid they would change his name because it was too hard for them to pronounce. The WWE commentary team also regularly pronounced Asuka as Ozzka or AsooKa, both of which are very wrong.
