1990 Nissan R90CK Group C - NISMO Motorsport V8 Twin Turbo Engine Sound - Goodwood Festival of Speed

This stunning 1990 Nissan R90CK Group C took part in the 2018 edition of the Goodwood Festival of Speed. A total of five R90CP/CK cars raced in the 1990 Le Mans competition, with teams from Japan, the United States and Great Britain and in its first and only year in which Nissan officially took part in the Group C championship, the R90CK ended in third place overall, not bad for a car at the debut. For the following year, the change of regulations pushed the Japanese factory to officially leave the championship but to support some teams that used their cars, especially in the Japanese domestic championship where the R90CK won the title dedicated to the Sport Prototype cars for five consecutive years. The mechanical part sees a powerful 3486cc Twin Turbo V8 VRH35Z engine capable of developing over 800 hp at 7.600 rpm. Questa splendida Nissan R90CK Gruppo C del 1990 ha partecipato all'edizione 2018 del Goodwood Festival of Speed. In totale cinque vetture R90CP/CK hanno preso parte alla gara di Le Mans del 1990, con squadre provenienti da Giappone, Stati Uniti e Gran Bretagna e nel suo primo ed unico anno in cui la Nissan partecipò ufficialmente al campionato di Gruppo C, si classificò al terzo posto assoluto, niente male per un'auto al debutto. Per l'anno successivo il cambio dei regolamenti spinse la casa nipponica a non prendervi parte ma appoggiò ufficialmente alcune scuderie che impiegarono le loro vetture, specialmente nel campionato interno Giapponese dove vinse il titolo dedicato alle vetture Sport Prototipo per cinque anni consecutivi. La parte meccanica vede un poderoso motore V8 VRH35Z da 3486cc Twin Turbo capace di sviluppare oltre 800 cv a 7.600 giri/min. Altre specifiche tecniche potete trovarle all'interno del video.
