WWE is a multi-billion-dollar company and it seems to be showing no signs of slowing down, striking up deals with countries such as Saudi Arabia and Australia for special pay-per-views to expand the company’s global footprint. A money-minting behemoth, it seems highly unlikely that any other professional wrestling promotion can truly be a threat to the WWE in the foreseeable future. Regardless of the company’s standing, the WWE’s product leaves a lot to be desired. Inconsistent booking, incoherent storylines and an over-reliance on part-timers have hamstrung the product, with the WWE operating at probably half of its potential, especially when you consider the sheer amount of talent on the roster. While there have been steps in the right direction, like 205 Live and the Mae Young Classic, there is still a fair amount of stuff that the WWE hasn’t managed to get quite right just yet, and with 2018 wrapping up pretty soon, there’s a chance get things right, so let’s check out 9 mistakes WWE should avoid making in 2019.
