Audi V8 Quattro DTM & A4 STW ex Capello-Biela - Tourenwagen Classics - AvD Oldtimer GP Nürburgring

In this video, I gathered the clips concerning two Audi V8 Quattro DTMs (1990-92) and three A4 STW (superturismo, years 1995-96) ex Capello & Biela in action on the Nurburgring track in the section dedicated to Tourenwagen Classics during the 46th and 47th AvD Oldtimer Grand Prix. The Audi V8, a big but extremely competitive car, was equipped with the 3.6-litre V8 engine which in 1992 develop 462hp. 6-speed manual transmission and all-wheel drive. It was around 300kg heavier than the competitors of the time like Mercedes 190 16v and BMW M3 e30. Despite everything, in 1990 won the DTM title at its debut, which was replicated the following year. The Audi A4 instead ran the super-touring championship that in the mid-90s came to light as an alternative category to the DTM. The cars had powers on 300hp and practically triumphed in every European country for some years thanks to the pilots Biela, Pirro and Capello.

In questo video ho riunuto le clip riguardanti due Audi V8 Quattro DTM (1990-92) e tre A4 STW (superturismo, anni 1995-96) ex Capello & Biela in azione sulla pista del Nurburgring nella sezione dedicata alle Tourenwagen Classics durante il 46th e 47th AvD Oldtimer Grand Prix. L'Audi V8, vettura molto grosso ma estremamente competitiva era equipaggiata con il motore V8 da 3.6 litri che nel 1992 arrivò a sviluppare 462cv. Cambio manuale a 6 marce e trazione integrale. Era circa 300kg più pesanti delle competitors dell'epoca come Mercedes 190 16v e BMW M3 e30. Nonostante tutto nel 1990 vince il titolo DTM al debutto. Cosa che venne replicata l'anno successivo. Le audi A4 invece corsero il campionato superturismo che a metà degli anni 90 si mise in luce come categoria alternativa al DTM. Le vetture avevano potenze sui 300cv e trionfarono preticamente in ogni paese europeo per alcuni anni grazie ai piloti Biela, Pirro e Capello.
