Campionato Italiano Drifting 2023 - Round 1, Fiera di Parma - Friday Free Practice Highlights

The first stage of the 2023 Italian Drifting Championship took place at the Parma Fair on the first weekend of March; the event was included in the competition program in support of the Automotoracing/Automotoretrò Expo. The paddocks were very crowded, with 18 pilots in the Pro category, 11 in the Pro2 class and 13 in the Street Open. The Highlights video refers to Friday dedicated to free practice to test the track and the car's setting up. As always, high-level vehicles with various degrees of tuning, high-performance BMW 6-cylinder Turbo engines, others with fantastic 2JZs and still others with American V8s under the bonnet. These are the winners in the premier class: first place for Luca Fuschini on Mazda RX7 FC, the second step of the podium for Alex Gritti (BMW Turbo) and third place for Massimo Checchin and his Subaru Impreza 2JZ. In the Pro2 Class, there was a victory for Michele Landolfi on the BMW E36, second place for Leonardo Costantini on the BMW E30 Turbo, and the third step of the podium for Pasquale Di Fiore and his BMW E46. La prima tappa del Campionato Italiano Drifting 2023 si è svolta presso la Fiera di Parma nel primo week-end di Marzo; manifestazione inserita nel programma di gare a supporto della Fiera Automotoracing/Automotoretrò. Molto popolati i paddock che hanno visto la presenza di 18 piloti in categoria Pro, 11 in classe Pro2 e 13 nella Street Open. Il video Highlights che vedete si riferisce alla giornata di Venerdì dedicata alla prove libere per testare il tracciato e la messa a punto della vettura. Come sempre di alto livello le vetture con vari gradi di elaborazione, performanti motori BMW 6 cilindri Turbo, altre con fantastici 2JZ e ad altre ancora con V8 americani sotto il cofano. Questi i vincitori nella classe regina: primo posto per Luca Fuschini su Mazda RX7 FC, secondo gradino del podio per Alex Gritti (BMW Turbo) e terzo posto per Massimo Checchin e la sua Subaru Impreza 2JZ.
