Chaparral-Chevrolet 2E (1966) by Jim Hall - Action & V8 Sound! - 2018 Goodwood Festival of Speed

The 1966 Chaparral 2E Can-Am, designed by Jim Hall and powered by a small-block Chevrolet V8 engine, was present at the 2018 Goodwood festival of Speed. The car was built with a great emphasis on aerodynamics, as demonstrated by the big rear wing and achieved the most success with Phil Hill at the wheel on the Laguna Seca circuit in 1966, winning the Can-Am race.

La Chaparral 2E Can-Am del 1966, disegnata da Jim Hall e motorizzata con un V8 Chevrolet small-block era presente all'edizione 2018 del Goodwood festival of Speed. La vettura fu realizzata dando molta importanza all'aerodinamica, come dimostra la grande ala posteriore ed ottenne il maggior successo con Phil Hill al volante sul circuito di Laguna Seca proprio nel 1966, vincendo nella cateroria Can-Am.
