Charles Leclerc #16 & Ferrari SF-23 - Pista di Fiorano, September 6, 2023 - Pirelli Wet Tyres Tests

It's the second day of testing on the Fiorano circuit; this time, Charles Leclerc takes to the track. The Monegasque driver continued the work started by his teammate Carlos Sainz yesterday (September 5th) on the private circuit of the Maranello team equipped with an artificial irrigation system. This allows Pirelli to carry out specific tests regardless of the weather conditions and continue accumulating data for developing intermediate tires that will not need preheating. This seems to be the line for having a single wet compound in the 2024 Formula 1 season. Enjoy! ????

Seconda giornata di test sul circuito di Fiorano; questa volta è Charles Leclerc a scendere in pista. Il pilota monegasco ha continuato il lavoro iniziato dal compagno di squadra Carlos Sainz nella gioranta di ieri (5 Settembre) sul circuito privato della scuderia di Maranello dotato di impianto di irrigazione artificiale. Questo permette a Pirelli di eseguire prove specifiche indipendentemente dalla condizione metereologiche e continuare ad accumulare dati per lo sviluppo degli pneumatici intermedi che non avranno bisogno di preriscaldamento. Sembra infatti questa la linea intrapresa per avere una mescola unica da bagnato nella stagione 2024 di Formula 1. Buona visione! ????
