Disturbing News About Big Cass ( BIG Cass Backstage Fight With Joey Janela Pat Buck ) Police Called!
We have some disturbing news to report today, as former WWE Superstar Big Cass was reportedly in an incident recently and police had to be called.
Cass, who earlier this week said he was in talks with WWE, was belligerent at an indie event, according to wrestling Observer Radios Bryan Alverez.
The report by Alverez states that Cass even tried to start a fight with Joey Janela over the incident he had with Enzo Amore at a Blink-182 concert this past July.
The report states
“There were a lot of reports that he was out of his mind and I guess he threatened Joey Janela. He might have slapped him over the incident with Joey Janela and Enzo Amore at a Blink-182 concert earlier this year.”
“Then Big Cass starts getting really upset. He claims that somebody stole his jacket or his sweater or something. He starts threatening everyone in the locker room — ‘If I don’t find this sweater I’m gonna blah blah blah.'”
“I guess he got into a confrontation with Pat Buck. It was Pat Buck’s farewell show and Pat Buck was gonna be working the main event. They were doing a farewell even for him because Pat Buck is going to WWE to be a producer.”
After reportingly threatening to beat Buck up Pat, the future producer responded by knocking him to the ground.
Though police came and escorted Cass away, this was only after the seven footer spat at Buck on the way out.
A separate report by PW Insider states that the tension between Cass and Janela was defused "for a moment" by wrestle pro's Kevin Matthews, but that clearly didn't last.
The same report also said the consensus of the wrestlers was that Cass has been highly unprofessional and though many were "willing to physically throw him out (or worse) themselves" they let the authorities handle him. This is especially true since he was brought in to work the WrestlePro show as a way to redeem himself.
It was also said that there was a lot of sympathy for Buck, who was supposed to be celebrating his time with company before joining WWE as a producer, and though he did get physical with the former Superstar, it's clear he was left with no other choice.
It was also reported that Wrestle Pro won't be booking Cass for any more of their shows, though we suspect that this won't be the only promotion to blacklist him after what transpired.
When Cass was escorted out by police, the collosal star remained outside until after the show ended, and police searched his car, presumably for anything that could have influenced his behavior.
Sitting on the sidewalk, Cass began "making remarks about himself" and what he had to say worried those around him so they called an ambulance, and he was taken to hospital.
This past year certainly has been difficult for the Seven foot star, who was publicly fired from WWE in 2018 for going off script in an attacking a little person dressed like Daniel Bryan.
In December last year, Cass suffered a seizure during a show, but recently wowed fans with his incredibly ripped physique after pictures circulated of him looking out of shape shortly after his firing.
Though he may have acted unprofessional at the show, its obvious that the former WWE Superstar is hurting, and hopefully he'll be able to get the help he needs before his name makes the headlines once again, for the wrong reasons.
