EICMA 2023 Milano - NEW 2024 Yamaha XSR900 GP - Back to the 80s! - Walkaround & Details

Who would have thought that one of the most beautiful motorbikes at EIMA 2023 Milan would have been inspired by the legendary Grand Prix of the '80s and '90s? And yet it's exactly like that; Yamaha has presented the XSR900 GP and, under the squared fairing, we find a modern vehicle with an 890cc in-line 3-cylinder CP3 cross-plane engine capable of developing 118 HP and a maximum torque of 93 Nm. Aluminium frame, upside-down fork and double-sided swingarm by Kayaba, brakes and callipers by Brembo, top-notch electronics with five Sport, Street, and Rain maps, and others that can be customized. The gearbox is third-generation Quick Shift electronic. Enjoy! ????

Chi l'avrebbe detto che una delle moto più belle ad EIMA 2023 Milano sarebbe stata proprio ispirata a quelle leggendarie da gran premio degli anni 80 e 90? Ed invece è proprio così, la Yamaha ha presentato, su base XSR900, la versione GP che nell'estetica, colorazioni ed alcuni particolari, tra cui il cupolino, rimanda alle moto vincenti YZR di Wayne Rainey. Squadrata nel frontale e nella coda, sotto la carena troviamo un veicolo moderno con motore CP3 crossplane a 3 cilindri in linea da 890cc capace di sviluppare 118 CV e una coppia massima pari a 93 Nm. Telaio in alluminio, forcella a steli rovesciati e forcellone bibraccio by Kayaba, freni e pinze by Brembo ed un'elettronica di prim'ordine con cinque mappature Sport, Street, Rain oltre ad altre due personalizzabili. Il cambio è elettronico Quick Shift di terza generazione. Buona visione! ????
