Our latest Formula 1 2017 news feature on Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton.
Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton is now in control. The 3-time F1 World Champion took a commanding win during a chaotic race in Singapore, extending his championship lead to 28-points - but Ferrari will come back stronger in the last six races.
Hamilton took the lead of the drivers standings for the first time this year after a Mercedes one-two result at Monza, and headed to Marina Bay not expecting to come away with the victory silverware.
A wet race start, though, led to carnage - and both Ferraris retiring on the opening lap, destroying the Prancing Horse’s momentum. Watch the video, and tell us what you think in the comments below.
