Fastest Libero in Volleyball History | Jenia Grebennikov | Crazy Libero. Jenia Grebennikov (born 13 August 1990) is a French volleyball player of Russian descent. He is part of the French national team, 2020 Olympic Champion, two–time World League winner (2015, 2017), 2015 European Champion.[1] At the professional club level, he plays for the Russian team, Zenit Saint Petersburg.
Jenia Grebennikov debuted on the French national team in 2011. In 2014 he played at the World Championship 2014 held in Poland.[4] France lost the match for the bronze medal with Germany and took 4th place.[5] Grebennikov received an individual award for the Best Libero of the tournament.[6] On October 18, 2015 the French national team, including Grebennikov, achieved the title of the European Champion 2015 (3–0 with Slovenia in the finale).[7] He was awarded Best Libero of the championships.
