How is your muscular strength, flexibility, mobility?
If you know your body, it will help with your golf game tremendously.
Also if you play a lot of golf, you really need to look into some kind of body conditioning.
You could start as simple as getting some deep tissue work done, or attending yoga classes.
Let’s pay attention to our body and take a good care of it!
