It’s time for our Premier League Team of the Season! In one of the strangest Prem campaigns for a number of years, there have been a ton of standout performers, so this one was tough. But from Bruno Fernandes and Luke Shaw at Man United, who have cemented their place in the Champions League for a second consecutive season as a result of their excellent displays, to Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son, who have carried an ailing Spurs side now rid of José Mourinho, there have been some real standouts.

At Man City there have been countless players to choose from: John Stones and Rúben Dias at the back, Gündogan and De Bruyne in midfield, Foden and Mahrez in attack. While outside the traditional big six, players like Emi Martinez, Jack Grealish, Declan Rice, Tomas Soucek, Wesley Fofana, Youri Tielemans and Raphinha all had big campaigns.
