Formula Modena Expo: Ferrari & Maserati Anni '50 e '60 - Motor Valley Fest 2022

The exhibition entitled Formula Modena Ferrari & Maserati Years '50 and '60 was staged during the days of the Motor Valley Fest 2022 at the Palazzo dei Musei in Modena. Six incredible and victorious single-seaters were exhibited together with as many motoring-themed works of art created by the artist Alessandro Rasponi. The Ferraris come from the permanent collection of the Turin Automobile Museum, while the Maseratis are part of the Umberto Panini Collection based in the Modena area. Excellent and winning cars, driven by the best champions of the time, such as Fangio, Ascari, Farina and Stirling Moss, to name a few. My favourite? Undoubtedly, the 1957 Maserati 250F, historically one of the best single-seaters ever and still today, is remembered with great admiration by drivers and motor racing historians. Enjoy! ????

L'esposizione intolata Formula Modena Ferrari & Maserati Anni '50 e '60 è andata in scena durante i giorni del Motor Valley Fest 2022 presso il Palazzo dei Musei di Modena. Sei incredibili e vittoriose monoposto sono state esposte assieme ad altrettante opere d'arte a tema motoristico realizzate dall'artista Alessandro Rasponi. Le Ferrari provengono dalla collezione permanente del Museo dell'Automobile di Torino mentre le Maserati fanno parte della Collezione Umberto Panini con sede proprio nell'area Modenese. Auto meravigliose e vincenti, guidate dai migliori campioni dell'epoca come Fangio, Ascari, Farina e Stirling Moss, per citarne alcuni. La mia preferita? Senza dubbio la Maserati 250F del 1957, storicamente una delle migliori monoposto di sempre ed ancora oggi ricordata con grande ammirazione da piloti e storici del motorismo. Buona visione! ????
