Scotland U20 marked their first win of their Six Nations campaign with a 27-20 victory over Wales in a thrilling encounter at Meggetland in front of a 2,473 strong crowd.
The hosts efficiency in attack gave them the upper hand during the first-half of the match – setting the high tempo and commanding possession – as they were able to run in three tries and hold a 13-point lead at the break.
Their Welsh counterparts were able to hit back in the second-half, as fresh legs off the bench brought in a new lease of life for the side, however the visitors were unable to catch up to Scotland’s early lead.
