How To Become A Better Scorer! Shooting Guard Workout To Dominate The Wing! In today's video I give you an elite wing scoring workout that you can add to your training.
There are 8 different moves and drills for this scoring series. Like I explain in the video, when doing each move focus on staying low, ripping hard, and selling each move.
Below are the drills - make 5 reps of each then move to the next drill. After you finish the set of drills, repeat on the other wing:
Drill #1 - Sweep, One Dribble, Jump Stop Lay-Up
Drill #2 - Sweep, One Dribble, Jump Stop, Floater Off Glass
Drill #3 - Sweep, One Dribble, Pull Up Jump Shot
Drill #4 - Sweep, One Dribble, Change Of Direction Dribble
Between Legs, Finish With A Reverse Layup
Drill #5 - Sweep, One Dribble, Change Of Direction Dribble,
Dribble Step Back Jump Shot
Drill #6 - Double Sweep, One Dribble, Change Of Direction
Drop Cross, Lay Up High Off Glass
Drill #7 - Double Sweep, One Dribble, In & Out Dribble
Running Back Protect Ball Layup On Opposite
Side Of The Rim
Drill #8 - Double Sweep, One Dribble, Change Of Direction
Drop Cross, Step-back Jump Shot
This gives you a total of 80 makes. 40 on the right side and 40 on the left side. Enjoy and let me know if you have any questions!
