Today we have an explosive upper body finisher that will help you become a more explosive jumper and finisher around the rim. If you can't do the explosive movements then start off with basic pull ups and push ups.

It's best to implement this at the end of your strength training sessions. The ideal workout would be 4 minutes of 20 seconds on/ 10 seconds off alternating each exercise.
