From Pretoria to World Cup glory, Joost van der Westhuizen was an international icon in world rugby. On what would have been the South African legends 50th birthday, we look back at some of his most famous moments, including his iconic try saving tackle on Jonah Lomu in the World Cup final, where South Africa went on to win the Cup on home soil. Joost passed away from motor-neurone disease in 2017, but his legacy on and off the pitch lives on.
