Anthony Davis (35 PTS, 17 REB, 4 BLK) and Russell Westbrook (33 PTS, 10 REB, 8 AST) combined for 68 PTS for the Lakers, while Dejounte Murray tallied 21 PTS, 12 REB and a career-high 15 AST for the Spurs in the losing effort, his 5th career triple-double. The Lakers improve to 2-2 on the season, while the Spurs fall to 1-3.
