TECHNIQUE: Keep you elbows relatively tight, look up, chest out, shoulders engaged at the scapula holding them in position throughout (don't let shoulders move back or forwards!).

PULL FROM YOUR ELBOWS NOT YOUR HANDS! Relax your hands throughout.

Squeeze at the base and then control the negative on the return keeping tension on the back muscle throughout and not releasing the shoulder joint!
Don't allow the weight to pull your arms back up make it a controlled return using the muscle!
