Cable exercises I utilise on a regular basis and find work well for me on and off season alike! These are some final sets from workout.
Try them but note the body posture I set EVERY time before starting sets. I ensure shoulders are held back by the scapula and maintain minimal excess joint movement other than from the elbow joint to keep the focus on technique an the target muscle group.
Cheat reps may be used to finish final sets but only once muscle control is fully established to ensure 'controlled cheat' is used and the focus maintained!
