Mick Schumacher is back on Fiorano Circuit! - April 22, 2021 - 2018 Ferrari SF71H Test Day

On the morning of Thursday, 22 April, Mick Schumacher returned to the Fiorano track aboard the 2018 Ferrari SF71H. The young German is like at home here; in recent months, the official Haas driver who has left the Ferrari Academy program has always carried out several tests onboard this single-seater. Today around 200 km have been covered, further experience and practice to face the current Formula 1 season, which will see the next race in Portugal on Sunday, May 2. The 2018 Ferrari SF71H, driven by Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Räikkönen, scored 571 points and finished second in the constructors' standings of the F1 world championship. Simone Resta and Mattia Binotto design it; it adopts the V6 1.6 litre Ferrari 062 EVO turbo hybrid engine coupled to an electronically controlled sequential semiautomatic 8 gears + reverse gearbox. Other construction features include a composite and carbon fibre frame, and the overall weight of the car is 733Kg with water, oil and pilot. Enjoy! ????

Per tutta la mattinata di Giovedì 22 Aprile Mick Schumacher è tornato a girare sulla pista di Fiorano a bordo della Ferrari SF71H del 2018. Oramai il giovane tedesco è di casa da queste parti, negli ultimi mesi il pilota ufficiale della Haas uscito dal programma Ferrari Academy ha svolto diversi test sempre a bordo di questa monoposto. Oggi sono stati percorsi circa 200km, ulteriore esperienza e pratica per affrontare l'attuale stagione di Formula 1 che vedrà la prossima gara svolgersi in Portogallo Domenica 2 Maggio. La Ferrari SF71H del 2018 all'epoca portata in gara da Sebastian Vettel e Kimi Räikkönen ha conquistato 571 punti ed il secondo posto nella classifica costruttori nel campionato del mondo F1. Progettata da Simone Resta e Mattia Binotto adotta il motore Ferrari 062 EVO da 1.6-Litri V6 turbo ibrido accoppiato ad un cambio semiautomatico sequenziale a controllo elettronico formato da 8 marce + retromarcia. Altre caratteristiche costruttive comprendono un telaio in materiale composito e fibra di carbonio ed il peso complessivo della monoposto è di 733Kg con acqua, olio e pilota. Buona visione! ????
