NEW 2023 Pirelli F1 Wet Tyres Testing - Carlos Sainz & Ferrari F1-75 - Fiorano Circuit, Dec 6, 2022

The 2022 Ferrari F1-75, driven by Spaniard Carlos Sainz, took to the track this morning at Fiorano. This is the first two days of testing dedicated to developing wet tires for the upcoming 2023 season. Specifically, the Maranello team pilots will continue developing the intermediate compound. Just a couple of days ago, Robert Kubica was aboard the Alfa-Romeo C42 and carried out two days of testing on the Paul Ricard circuit to try out new solutions for both Full Wet and intermediate tyres. Thanks to current regulations, it's possible to use the single-seaters for the season that has just ended. The choice of Fiorano, together with Le Castellet, is because these are circuits equipped with artificial irrigation, ideal for carrying out these specific tests regardless of the weather conditions. Tomorrow will be the turn of the pilot Charles Leclerc. Enjoy! ????

Questa mattina a Fiorano è scesa in pista la Ferrari F1-75 del 2022 guidata dal pilota spagnolo Carlos Sainz. Si tratta della prima delle due giornate di test dedicata allo sviluppo dei pneumatici da bagnato da impiegare nella prossima stagione 2023. Nello specifico i piloti della scuderia di Maranello continueranno lo sviluppo della mescola intermedia mentre solo un paio di giorni addietro il pilota Robert Kubica a bordo della Alfa-Romeo C42 ha effettuato due giornate di test sul circuito del Paul Ricard per provare nuove soluzioni sia per pneumatici Full Wet, sia intermedie. Grazie al regolamento attuale è possibile impiegare la monoposto della stagione appena conclusa e la scelta di Fiorano, assieme a Le Castellet è dovuta al fatto che sono impianti dotati di irrigazione artificiale, ideali per eseguire queste prove specifiche indipendentemente dalla condizione metereologiche.
