Porsche 991 & 992 GT3 Cup - Kateyama Test Day at Imola Circuit - March 2023

Two test days organized by Kateyama were held at the Imola racetrack for the Porsche 991 and 992 GT3 Cup cars. Five teams with nine cars participated; the video refers to Thursday, 9 March. The latest model evolution, the 992 Cup adopts the enlarged bodywork of the Turbo version, which includes the air intakes on the fin; the boxer engine remains naturally aspirated. With a displacement of 4.0 litres, the power unit delivers 510 HP and 470 Nm and is moved by a 6-speed sequential gearbox. Another important novelty concerns the adoption of the front axle of the RSR version, with double wishbone suspension mounted on Uniball, a real revolution at Porsche. Enjoy! ????

Presso l'Autodromo di Imola si sono svolte due giornate di Test organizzate da Kateyama riguardanti le vetture Porsche 991 e 992 GT3 Cup. Vi hanno partecipato cinque team con 9 vetture; il video che vedete si riferisce a Giovedì 9 Marzo. L'ultima evoluzione del modello, la 992 Cup adotta la carrozzeria allargata della versione Turbo che comprende le prese d'aria sulla fincata; il motore boxer resta aspirato. Con una cilindrata di 4.0-Litri il propulsore eroga 510 Hp e 470 Nm ed è mosso dal cambio sequenziale a 6 rapporti. Altra importante novità riguarda l'adozione dell'asse anteriore della versione RSR, con sospensioni a doppio triangolo montate su Uniball, una vera rivoluzione in casa Porsche. Buona visione! ????
