Porsche 991 GT2 RS ClubSport - 700Hp 3.8-Litre Twin-Turbo Flat-6 Engine, Kateyama Test Days at Monza

This video shows two Porsche 991 GT2 RS ClubSport in action at the Monza circuit during the Kateyama Test Days. Both models are gorgeous, the first with the Gulf livery and the second with the Martini, both iconic. The car is mechanically derived from the Porsche 991 GT2 RS road. It, therefore, adopts the same 3.8-litre, flat-6, twin-turbo engine capable of developing 700hp at 7,200 rpm and a maximum torque of 750Nm between 2,500 and 4,500 rpm. The gearbox is the 7-speed PDK with a double clutch. This is a car exclusively for track use made in only 200 units perfect for track days and for the future GT2 championship organized by SRO Motorsport Group. As befits a racing car, the interior has been emptied. We find a safety roll-bar, racing seats and specific components—very accurate aerodynamics with large aerodynamic appendages and massive carbon fibre use. The overall weight of the car is around 1390Kg, the traction is strictly rear, and there is a superb racing exhaust system with an excellent sound. In questo video potete vedere in azione due Porsche 991 GT2 RS ClubSport sul circuito di Monza durante i Kateyama Test Days. Entrambi i modelli sono molto belli, il primo con livrea Gulf ed il secondo con quella Martini, entrambe iconiche. La vettura è derivata meccanicamente dalla Porsche 991 GT2 RS stradale e quindi adotta lo stesso motore da 3.8 litri, flat-6 con doppio turbo capace di sviluppare 700cv a 7.200 Giri/min ed una coppia massima di 750Nm tra i 2.500 ed i 4.500 giri/min. Il cambio è il PDK a 7 marce con doppia frizione. Si tratta di una vettura esclusivamente per uso in pista realizzata in soli 200 esemplari che potrà partecipare ai track-day ed al futuro campionato GT2 organizzato da SRO Motorsport Group. Come si conviene per un'auto da corsa l'interno è stato svuotato e troviamo un roll-bar di sicurezza oltre a sedili e componentistica specifica. Molto curata l'aerodinamica con grandi appendici aerodinamiche ed un'utilizzo massiccio di fibra di carbonio. Il peso complessivo della vettura si aggira sui 1390Kg, la trazione è rigorosamente posteriore e non manca uno splendido impianto di scarico racing dall'ottimo suono.
