2021 will see MCC Women’s Cricket Day return to Lord’s Cricket Ground. After a year of limited cricket, we are delighted to have this match back on the Home of Cricket’s fixture list.
MCC players will take to the main Ground and be the first to play the 100-ball format at Lord’s; ahead of the Ground being the host venue for the London Spirit Women and Men in The Hundred, when the inaugural tournament begins this summer.
To mark this occasion, MCC are hosting a special event to celebrate the continuing shift in attitude and momentum for Women’s and Girls’ cricket.
We’ll be welcoming a prestigious panel comprising players and leaders on and off the field – all of whom share the same passion for making cricket a game for all, with a specific focus on developing and increasing the sport’s opportunities for women and girls
