Rare Marcos Mantara LM600 + OnBoard at Monza Historic 2019-2020 - 600Hp BRUTAL V8 Engine Sound ????

I had the pleasure of filming this rare Marcos Mantara LM600 (chassis ECH03308.02.02) during the last editions of the Monza Historic 2019-2020. I've to be honest, I knew the car, but I had never seen one life, and so I've to thank the WRS team (Wassermann Racing Services) and the driver Alexandre Leroy for being very kind by letting me film it and allowing the onboard you see.
The car is beautifully presented, completely restored from top to bottom, both the mechanical part, therefore the engine, gearbox, chassis, suspension, exhaust system, etc. and the bodywork repainted and decorated with the same livery as when it ran in the hands of the legendary Dutch pilot Cor Euser. Specifically, this model participated in the FIA ​​GT championship from 1999 to 2006. Mantara LM600 models started racing since 1995 in different series such as the BPR Global GT, the FIA ​​GT, the British GT and the International GT Open. Currently, the specimen you see regularly participates in competitions in the Endurance Racing Legends category organized by Peter Auto. The engine has a crazy roar; it's a 6.0-Liter, small block, naturally aspirated Chevrolet V8 LT1 engine developed by KMS Racing Engines and capable of 600Hp. To move it a 6-speed Hewland sequential gearbox; the mass of the car is shallow, thanks to various parts in carbon fibre it's around 1,000 kg.

Ho avuto il piacere di filmare questa rara Marcos Mantara LM600 (chassis ECH03308.02.02) durante le ultime edizioni del Monza Historic 2019-2020. Devo essere onesto, conoscevo l'auto ma non ne avevo mai vista una dal vivo e devo quindi ringraziare il team WRS (Wassermann Racing Services) ed il pilota Alexandre Leroy per essere stati molto gentili nei miei confronti lasciandomela filmare e permettendomi di realizzare l'onboard che vedete.
La vettura si presenta in modo splendido, completamente restaurata da cima a fondo, sia la parte meccanica, quindi motore, cambio, telaio, sospensioni, impianto di scarico, ecc sia la carrozzeria riverniciata e decorata con la stessa livrea di quando correva nelle mani del leggendario pilota olandese Cor Euser. Nello specifico questo modello ha partecipato al campionato FIA GT dal 1999 al 2006. Modelli di Mantara LM600 hanno iniziato a correre dal 1995 in differenti serie quali il BPR Global GT, il FIA GT, il British GT e l'International GT Open. Attualmente l'semplare che vedete partecipa regolarmente alle competizioni nella categoria Endurance Racing Legends organizzate da Peter Auto. Il motore ha un ruggito pazzesco, si tratta di un Chevrolet V8 aspirato LT1 da 6.0-Litri, small block, elaborato da KMS Racing Engines e capace di sviluppare 600cv. A muoverlo un cambio sequenziale Hewland a 6 rapporti; la massa della vettura è molto contenuta, grazie a diverse parti in fibra di carbonio si attesta intorno ai 1.000 Kg.
