You guys asked me to film a Refeed day so I took advantage of a day when I was eating usual increased allowance through normal food choices and also when eating out!

On a Refeed day I have a much greater Carbohydrate allowance and like to take advantage of this by having at least one indulgent meal! Throughout the day I tend to naturally eat low fat foods so I have a large percentage of fats that I can easily sacrifice towards a stonkingly good meal!

PART 2 will got through how I logged the food I ate at the meal, until then enjoy proof that I do eat what I say I eat!!
