[Golf with Aimee] I attended the Rock Tape- Basic Class in Santa Monica CA
It was an amazing learning experience! We covered many different injuries & learned hands on taping skills!
Our instructor of the day Ethan M. Kreiswirth, PhD, ATC (Director of Education/Master Instructor) was knowledgeable, made things simple and kept everything fun and exciting!
some of the topics we covered were: lower back pain, knee pain, tennis elbows, shoulder pains, posture taping, scars that effect movements and much more!
