For rugby player Adam Froggatt, being diagnosed with cancer at the age of 27 was the start of an incredible and selfless journey.

After chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment, Adam started cycling to regain fitness and - inspired during lockdown to help others - started a charity to supply bikes to cancer patients, helping more than 500 people.

He came to Twickenham Stadium to watch the England v Wales clash - and England Rugby & @BritishAirways had a surprise in store for him!
