The Day Paola Egonu Destroyed Volleyball Team Thailand !!! A few days ago, a volleyball match took place between the volleyball team Thailand and Italy. Italy beat Thailand, and the best player was Paola Egonu, who literally destroyed Thailand with 24 points, and thus brought almost a third of the points to her team. Today, both teams are playing the quarterfinals of the volleyball nations league 2022. Today, Thailand is playing against Turkey and Italy against China. Wish them luck.

Paola Ogechi Egonu (born 18 December 1998) is Italian volleyball player of Nigerian descent.[3] She plays for Turkish volleyball club VakıfBank S.K. and is part of the Italy women's national volleyball team. She participated at the 2018 Montreux Volley Masters,[1] 2018 FIVB Volleyball World Championship,[4] and 2018 FIVB Volleyball Women's Nations League.[5]

On club level she played for Club Italia in 2015.[6] She was selected to play the Italian League All-Star game in 2017.[7] In 2017 she moved to AGIL Novara.

She was awarded the prize for Woman of the Year 2019 by D - la Repubblica delle donne, a weekly magazine of la Repubblica.[8]

She was one of the flagbearers of the Olympic Flag at the 2020 Summer Games in Tokyo.
