Toyota Supra MK4 Twin-Turbo GT2 - 750hp/1200Kg - 2JZ-GTE 3-Litre Engine Sound, Fly-Bys & Backfires!

I was lucky enough to film this rare 2004 Toyota Supra MK4 Twin-Turbo (Bi-Turbo) GT2 developed in France by Jean-Pierre Signoret and Jacques Point. Currently, the car belongs to the Ascott Collection, and in 2019 with the pilot Soheil Ayari, it was a class winner at Dix Milles Tours du Castellet. You can see it again in action at the French circuit and at the Monza racetrack. This Toyota Supra GT2 participated in the French FFSA Championship from 2002 to 2006, and over the years, the development has been constant like the growth of performance. It received several components from the GT500, such as the body kit, AP racing brakes and 18-inch Enkei rims. With a weight of 1200 kg, the car is powered by a 3-litre Toyota 2JZ-GTE Twin-Turbo engine capable of developing 750hp at 1.6 bar and 600hp at 1.45 bar. The preparation and the engine mapping were developed by TEAM4, the workshop responsible for the car and the ORECA. Electronic management is entrusted to Magneti Marelli. Oreca Moteur has fully developed the various mappings to offer performance levels suited to the conditions of use, such as qualification, race, wet track, etc. I have to thank my friend and YouTuber @19Bozzy92 with whom I collaborated to realise this video. Ho avuto la fortuna di filmare questa rara Toyota Supra MK4 Twin-Turbo (Bi-Turbo) GT2 del 2004 sviluppata in Francia da Jean-Pierre Signoret e Jacques Point. Attualmente la vettura appartiene ad Ascott Collection e nel 2019 con il pilota Soheil Ayari è stata vincitrice di classe al Dix Milles Tours du Castellet. Qui la vedete nuovamente in azione sulla pistra francese e sul circuito di Monza. Questa Toyota Supra GT2 ha partecipato al campionato francese FFSA dal 2002 al 2006 e negli anni lo sviluppo è stato costante così come la crescita delle prestazioni. Ha ricevuto una serie di componenti dalla GT500 come il body-kit, i freni da corsa AP e i cerchi Enkei da 18 pollici. Con un peso di 1200 kg, la vettura è mossa da un motore Toyota 2JZ-GTE Twin-Turbo da 3 litri in grado di sviluppare 750hp a 1,6 bar e 600hp a 1,45 bar. La preparazione e la mappatura del motore sono state sviluppate da TEAM4, l'officina responsabile della vettura insieme all'ORECA. La gestione elettronica, è affidata a Magneti Marelli ed è Oreca Moteur che ha sviluppato integralmente le varie mappature in modo da offrire livelli prestazionali adeguati alle condizioni di utilizzo quali qualifica, gara, pista bagnata, ecc.
