Tractor Pulling Bicinicco 2017 - ITPO - Pure Sound, Explosions & Flames!

The fourth stage of the 2017 Italian tractor pulling championship took place in Bicinicco, a small village in the north of Italy, near Udine and was a real festival! The local people love and attachment to this incredible sport have always been one of the strong points of this stage, one of my favorite!. Despite the crazy 40-degree a large number of tractors took part in the race which started with the 950kg pullers from Germany, Osterreich and Switzerland. I want to thank the OTPO (Osterreich Tractor Pulling Organization: http://www.oetpo.at) delegation for their presence. Among the many great performances, especially in the Pro-Stock category, I want to highlight the always-constant and stainless Landini races by Argo Team and Elvio Moretti, the Fabio Ronga's Fordino and the spectacular explosion of a sleeve inside the Stars & Stripes engine bonnet. Finally in the Heavy Modified 4,2t category, the veteran Attila took home the first place, in my opinion something epic like a prize career! Among the trucks, once again Brio proved to be a solid contender to the throne and the Sniper, the only 6 cylinders in its class marveled with impressive performance. La quarta tappa del campionato Italiano di tractor pulling 2017 si è svolta presso il piccolo paese di Bicinicco (Ud) ed è stata una vera e propria festa. Il clima e l'accoglienza è da sempre uno dei punti forti di questa gara ed il numerosissimo pubblico dimostra un amore ed un attaccamento a questo sport incredibili. Nonostante i 40 gradi abbiano stremato piloti e mezzi, molti i partecipanti giunti in Friuli ed una nutrita schiera di puller stranieri in categoria 950 kg ha aperto la lunga serata di gare. Ringraziamo la delegazione di OTPO (Osterreich Tractor Pulling Organization: http://www.oetpo.at) per la loro presenza. Fra le tante belle prestazioni, specialmente nella categoria Pro-Stock, da segnalare il sempre costante ed inossidabile Landini di Elvio Moretti, il Fordino di Fabio Ronga e la spettacolare esplosione con botto di un manicotto nello Stars&Stripes. Fra i pesi massimi della categoria 4,2t, finalmente il veterano Attila si è portato a casa il primo posto, oserei quasi dire un premio alla carriera mentre fra i truck, Brio si è dimostrato un solido pretendente al trono e lo Sniper, unico 6 cilindri della categora, ha nuovamente stupito con solide prestazioni.
