WWE NEWS - Chris Jericho AEW NEWS (leaked) / Wrestler Gimmick Change Soon? WWE Debuts New Gimmick Match
Chris Jericho winning the AEW world heavyweight championship is perhaps one of the best Chris Jericho had in his recent times as a wrestler. According to some leaked AEW news, AEW management has already thought about his new opponent.
WWE is know for several gimmick changes and speaking of which WWE fans eagerly anticipate the return of Liv Morgan.
The last time Morgan was on the blue brand, she kind of lost her cool, and it seems this mentality has continued out of the ring.
Last week, the former Riott Squad member tweeted “I did something” and later uploaded a video, and though we didn’t see her, we did hear scissors and pink hair falling, as it seems the young Superstars is cutting off her iconic locks.
A few weeks ago, Morgan was spotted sitting in the rain, as it seems we can only wait to see what the new Liv Morgan will bring when she returns to SmackDown Live in the future.
According to wwe leaked news , wrestler gimmick change is known to get the best out of a fading wrestler and Liv is going to make a big impression with her new look in the near future
WWE Debuts New Gimmick Match and they did on their yellow brand
Speaking of NXT, the show’s UK branch also had an epic Take Over show in Cardiff, Wales last week, but recently debuted a new match type at a recent taping.
Dubbed the British Rounds match, the new gimmick consists of multiple rounds like a boxing match, with each round lasting six minutes.
The winner after those three will be determined on a points system, with points being awarded for Pinfalls, submissions and even knockouts.
There are ways to end the match early though, as if someone scores three points or if they beat their opponent to the point where they can’t compete, then that is an automatic win.
After all was said and done, it was Kassius Ohno who got the win in the first ever British Rounds match, defeating Sid Scala, in what was reportedly a very physical match between the two.
The British Rounds match certainly sounds like a unique concept to say the least, and though we don’t know when, or even if we’ll see a second, it’s always good to have another reason to tune in to NXT UK.
